Age: 43 Occupation: Builder What is your greatest 'adventure' (or extreme sports) achievement? Why? Jumping out of a plane, because the weightless free falling feeling had my adrenaline pumping, it was awesome! The sense of not having real control was strange also. What do you believe will be your strongest leg & why; trail run, mountain bike, 4WD, poker? Mmm, it's a toss up between the trail run & 4WD course, a trail run would test my inner strength, competitive nature and hopefully push my boundaries but an off road 4WD challenge sounds adventurous while allowing a moment to enjoy breaking the rules! (even if it is a competition! ) On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your current level of fitness? 10 of course! Isn't that what I'm supposed to say? Ok, maybe 9. Why did you enter the Men's Challenge? To WIN!!!!! Not really, I entered for the opportunity to stretch myself, push beyond my comfort zones & maybe enjoy the competition (I really need a new car also) If you were forced to give up all your gadgets bar one, what would it be and why? Like everyone else, the mobile phone. Only because of work. Really that's the one thing I'd love to give up. What would you cook a woman to impress her on a first date? This is a hard one. Not much, I can't cook! Probably take her out for a romantic dinner, then back to mine for dessert. I make great pancakes with strawberries and cream. Every girl loves pancakes, right? What's the most fun you've had on four wheels? Mate's weekends away camping and roughing it, 4WDriving through creeks and dense terrain at Oberon. What are you thinking about when you've got your poker face on? Act confident, play quick, don't hesitate, silently chanting SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!! Who is your favourite superhero and why? Mr Fantastic (Fantastic 4) because he is known as the; BRAVEST ADVENTURER! He values life & the planet! What does confidence mean to you? Being able to step outside the box. Confidence means to me trust and believe in myself. Do you have any career aspirations? I want to achieve a healthy balance between work and family. |
